Bluecore can connect to any SFTP that uses either a username and password or SSH keys authentication.

You can connect to any compatible SFTP server, such as Files.com or Google Cloud Storage (GCS), to import files on a recurring schedule.

Prerequisites

  • An SFTP account that Bluecore can access to retrieve files.
  • One of the following types of credentials that allow Bluecore to access the SFTP server programmatically:
    • Service-level credentials (username and password) to the SFTP account
    • SSH private key
      • SSH keys can be entered in the Password field.
