Bluecore supports two integrations you can use to import files on a recurring schedule: The Bluecore SFTP and the custom import integration.
- Bluecore SFTP
- Integrates directly with your Files.com folder
- Automatically populates authentication details.
- Custom import integration
- Connects to any SFTP server that uses a username and password.

Prerequisites
- If you are creating a custom import integration:
- An SFTP account that Bluecore can access to retrieve files.
- Service credentials (username and password) to the SFTP account that Bluecore can use to access the SFTP server.
Create a Bluecore SFTP integration
- Navigate to
Data Management > Integrations. - Click New Integration > Bluecore Integration Marketplace.
- Search for Imports Bluecore SFTP and click New Integration.
- Complete the required fields then click Save.
Data Management > Integrations. Create a custom import integration
- Navigate to Data Management > Integrations.
- Click New Integration > Custom Import Integration.
- Enter a name into the Integration Label field and click Continue.
- Complete the sections then click Save.
