Smart Content Reporting unlocks a highly granular level of reporting for all dynamic content in your Bluecore Communicate™ email templates. The Smart Content report can help you better understand usage and performance of each Smart Content option.

Use this report to gain data driven answers to these questions:

  • Which Smart Content options are being used most or least? For a lesser used option, that I want to increase usage of, should I update my option settings to ensure it is utilized more?

  • Which Smart Content option is driving the most traffic to my website or revenue? Is there a high performer that I should use more?

  • How are my Smart Content options performing against each other? Is there a low performer that I should reevaluate?

  • How is my Smart Content performing across all campaigns? For example, how much traffic did the timed banner I used in all Triggers for BFCM drive?

Access the Smart Content report by following the below steps.

  1. Navigate to the chart icon on the left-hand navigation.

  2. Go to Enhanced Analytics.

  3. Then Email Smart Content Reporting.

METRICS OVERVIEW

View a quick highlight of overall Smart Content campaign metrics that are displayed in the previously filtered time frame. The below metrics are an overall representation of what’s available in the report, not a breakdown of each metric in every section.

  • Total Smart Content Campaigns: The total number of campaigns that are leveraging a Smart Content widget in the template within the specified time frame.

  • Total Smart Content Widgets: The total number of Smart Content widgets that are being used across all campaigns in the specified time frame. A campaign can have more than one if there are two different widgets with different content or an A/B test running.

  • Total Global Widgets: The total number of Global Widgets that are being used across all campaigns in the specified time frame. This number will be much lower than the number of total Smart Content widgets if many of the templates reuse the same content.

  • Total Attributed Revenue: The total revenue generated after a user clicks on a Smart Content widget and makes a purchase that falls within the set attribution window.
NOTE: If you're an international customer, the original currency is displayed.

  • Revenue per Email (RPE): The average revenue generated from clicks derived from the Smart Content widgets.
NOTE: If you're an international customer, the original currency is displayed.

  • Revenue per Click (RPC): The total number of revenue divided by the number of total clicks on the Smart Content widgets.
