DISPLAY OPTIONS

View aggregated analytics for all live campaigns, or filter your view by using the Show analytics from drop-down and checkboxes in the top left corner. From this drop-down, you can pick and choose individual campaigns to display. You can further filter the analytics that display by selecting a timeframe from the second drop-down.

DELIVERABILITY CHARTS

Bluecore aggregates performance trends for your campaigns into two separate charts. One for your hourly and daily triggers, and the another for your one time and weekly recurring campaigns. The reason behind the split is that these typically work to achieve a different business goals and send vastly different volumes. You can view trends for all available deliverability metrics by selecting the desired metrics from the drop-down in the top right hand corner of the chart.

DATA AVAILABILITY

If Bluecore is sending via another ESP, we may not have data for unsubscribes, bounces, deferred, or spam report. The delivered count may also be lower than the sent count if further filtering happens by the ESP. Please check with the ESP that is delivering the email for the most accurate data.
