Smart Content Report

Learn more about how your Smart Content is performing in your Bluecore campaigns.

Updated over a week ago

Smart Content Reporting unlocks a highly granular level of reporting for all dynamic content in your Bluecore Communicate™ email templates. The Smart Content report can help you better understand usage and performance of each Smart Content option.

Use this report to gain data driven answers to these questions:

  • Which Smart Content options are being used most or least? For a lesser used option, that I want to increase usage of, should I update my option settings to ensure it is utilized more?

  • Which Smart Content option is driving the most traffic to my website or revenue? Is there a high performer that I should use more?

  • How are my Smart Content options performing against each other? Is there a low performer that I should reevaluate?

  • How is my Smart Content performing across all campaigns? For example, how much traffic did the timed banner I used in all Triggers for BFCM drive?

Access the Smart Content report by following the below steps.

  1. Navigate to the chart icon on the left-hand navigation.

  2. Go to Enhanced Analytics.

  3. Then Email Smart Content Reporting.
