Learn more about how your Bluecore Site™ recommendations are performing.

The Bluecore Site Recs™ analytics are a summary of campaign performance with on-site product recommendations. View conversions, campaign performance, and recommendations trends to further optimize your on-site performance. Access your Site Recs ™ analytics by following the below steps.

  1. Navigate to the chart icon on the left-hand navigation.

  2. Click Site Analytics.

  3. Then Site Recommendation Performance.

FILTERS

Filters are available at the top of the report. They can be used to refine the available data within the Site Recs™ analytics. After applying a filter, be sure to click the run button at the top right-hand of the screen to apply the applicable filters.

  • Date: The specified time frame to show analytics.

  • Campaign Name: The campaign names to review for comparison. Insert the name that you want to view analytics for. If left blank, you will see the cumulative analytics for all campaigns.

  • NOTE: Matches a user attribute is not supported at this time.

SITE RECOMMENDATION PERFORMANCE

  • Impressions: The total number of times the recommendations are being viewed.

  • Total Clicks: The total number of times the recommendations have been clicked.

  • Click Through Rate (CTR): The total number of clicks where customers clicked through the recommendations, expressed as a percentage.

  • Conversion Rate: The number of orders divided by the total clicks.

  • Revenue per Click: The total revenue divided by total clicks.

  • Average Price per Product:

  • Orders: The total number of orders placed from the campaign.

  • Revenue: Revenue is attributed to a campaign when a customer clicks a product and makes a purchase within 24 hours.

SITE RECOMMENDATION PERFORMANCE BY WEEK

Compare campaign trends by CTR and conversion rate for better visibility into how performance varied by week during the time frame selected.

SITE RECOMMENDATION PERFORMANCE BY CAMPAIGN

  • Campaign Name: The names of the campaign for the selected time frame.

  • Impressions: The total number of times the campaign is being viewed.

  • Total Clicks: The total number of times the recommendations have been clicked.

  • CTR: The total number of clicks where customers clicked through the recommendations, expressed as a percentage.

  • Conversion Rate: The number of orders divided by the total clicks.

  • Revenue per Click: The total revenue divided by total clicks.

  • Orders: The total number of orders placed from the campaign.

  • Revenue: Revenue is attributed to a campaign when a customer clicks a product and then purchases the same product or a variant of that product. For example, if a customer clicks a specific SKU but ends up buying a different size/color but it’s the same root product, Bluecore attributes that order and revenue from that product only (i.e. not the entire value of the purchase) to the campaign.

  • Average Price per Product: The average price per product in the campaign.

SITE RECOMMENDATION PERFORMANCE BY DEVICE TYPE AND DEVICE

View conversion rate, revenue per click, CTR, and impressions broken down by desktop and mobile device type.

A/B TEST PERFORMANCE BY VARIANT

View AOV and conversion rate for the A/B test variants that are running against each other to test different recommendation strategies.
