Create an automated or one-time Bluecore audience-driven transactional campaign. This campaign type can be used for non-promotional transactional campaigns, such as a product or services notification.
Navigate to the flag icon on the left-hand side.
Click New in the upper right-hand corner.
Select the Email channel.
Select the Transactional campaign type.
Select Bluecore Audience.
Enter a Campaign Name.
Select an audience to target customers in.
Select to override any previously configured global frequency caps, if applicable.
Configure a send time for the campaign.
Click Save & Continue in the lower right-hand corner.
Next, create an email campaign using the Visual Template Editor (VTE). Be sure to tailor the content of the email to the custom audience that you’re sending to. For example, if you’re sending an email to let them know about a specific service, include that in the email design.
After you’ve built out the email, click Save & Continue in the lower right-hand corner.

Run a proof of the content and do a final check of the content, then click Save and Publish to set the custom audience transactional campaign live!
