Within Bluecore, you can export audiences to other channels, including productized paid media channels (i.e. TikTok), non-productized paid media channels, (i.e. Snapchat), and CDPs (customer data platforms). You can export your Bluecore data to any platform via secure file transfer protocol (SFTP).
Now, export product attributes related to what a shopper has interacted or behaved with, per shopper in your audience! This helps retailers to enhance customer data outside of Bluecore and deliver personalized relevant experiences wherever their shoppers are.
If you are looking to set up an audience export, and it does not involve input products, please refer to this article.
NOTE: Audience exports (output includes emails and/or phone numbers) are paid add-ons per integration. Input products are a separate, additional paid add-on for audience exports. Please contact your Customer Success Manager to upgrade.
USE CASES
Audience exports with input products can be sent to destinations such as CDPs, CDWs, direct mail vendors, mobile push vendors, for use cases such as:
Including references to recently purchased products in a post-purchase campaign in direct mail
Including pictures of recently viewed products in a mobile push campaign
Sending a (non-triggered) back in stock campaign through another SMS vendor
