Use the campaign performance report for greater insight into four different Bluecore Site™ audience groups: campaign viewers, not targeted by Bluecore, campaign holdout, or campaign engaged. Access the campaign performance report by following the below steps.
Navigate to the chart icon on the left-hand navigation.
Go to Site.
Then Campaign Performance Report.
FILTERS
Filters are available at the top of the report. They can be used to refine the available data within the campaign performance report. After applying a filter, be sure to click the run button at the top right-hand of the screen to apply the applicable filters.
Start Date: The start date of the campaigns.
End Date: The end of the campaigns.
Campaign Name: The campaign names to review.
Audience Type: Filter results by campaign viewers, not targeted by Bluecore, campaign holdout, or campaign engaged. These audience types are defined below.
A/B Campaign: Indicates if there’s an A/B test running within the campaign.
ACCOUNT-LEVEL AND CAMPAIGN-LEVEL METRICS
The below metrics are available for both an account-level and a campaign-level. The account-level report is a representation of all users coming to your website through on-site campaigns. The campaign-level report is a representation of users interacting with a specific on-site campaign.
Audience Type: The different types of audiences that the campaigns have been displayed to (campaign viewers, not targeted by Bluecore, campaign holdout, or campaign engaged).
Campaign Viewers: The total number of users who have viewed a campaign but have not closed it.
Not Targeted by Bluecore: The total number of users who have not been shown a Bluecore Site campaign.
Campaign Holdout (Account-Level): The total number of users who meet the targeting conditions of all Bluecore Site campaigns, but are being held out/suppressed from seeing it.
Number of Visitors Returning (Campaign-Level) : The total number of users who return to do an additional session after they’ve already been categorized in the audience for this specific campaign.
Campaign Engaged: The total number of users who have engaged with a Bluecore Site campaign. For email capture Site campaigns, the campaign is engaged with when an email address is entered. For all other Site campaigns, the campaign is engaged with when it’s clicked.
Number of Visitors: The number of visitors that are engaging with Bluecore Site™ campaigns.
Sessions/Visitor: The average number of sessions per visitor.
Number of Visitors Returning (Account-Level): The total number of users who return to do an additional session after they’ve already been categorized in the audience for all Bluecore Site campaigns.
Number of Visitors Returning (Campaign-Level): The total number of users who return to do an additional session after they’ve already been categorized in the audience for this specific campaign.
Page View: The total number of page views.
Page View/Visitor: The average number of pages viewed by a user after being categorized in the above audience type.
Product View: The total number of products viewed.
Product View/Visitor: The average number of products viewed by a user after being categorized in
Items Added to Cart: The total number of products that were added to the cart after the users are categorized in the audience.
Unique Carters: The total number of users who added an item to their cart after being categorized in the audience.
Carter %: The percentage of users who added an item to their cart after being categorized in the audience.
Returning Visitor %: The percentage of users who return to do another session.
Cart Item/Visitor: The average number of products added to cart after being categorized in an audience type.
