Connect a Bluecore Site™ on-site campaign to an ESP outside of Bluecore for a welcome email campaign. Bluecore Site™ is currently compatible with:

With this ESP connection, Bluecore can pass the captured email addresses and other customer data to the ESP in real-time.

This article outlines the necessary steps that must be configured when creating an on-site campaign. This will connect the campaign to an ESP of your choice.

Before beginning the below setup, please be sure the ESP is already integrated with Bluecore. If you’re not already integrated with Bluecore, please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).

GETTING STARTED

Before diving into the relevant ESP integration, below are some general notes that apply to all of the supported ESP integrations for Bluecore Site™.

  • Only one list may be selected for each ESP integration. At this time, data cannot be added to more than one list.

  • Each of the prerequisites for each campaign are optional. If there is no value for lists, the system will create/update the user in the respective ESP integration.

  • You have the option to suppress duplicate emails from being submitted (more on the duplicate check below). In the event of no values provided for a duplicate check, the system will default to the first option, which is no verification/validation of the email address being submitted.
