The Campaigns > Analytics tab is where you can view information about your email campaigns, sent emails, and other marketing programs with Bluecore. Learn more about Campaign Analytics.
VIEW SENT EMAILS
The Campaigns > Sent Emails tab is used to view the emails that have most recently been sent from Bluecore. All emails are shown by default. Use the drop-down to filter and view recently sent emails for the specific programs that you are currently running with Bluecore.
Each email will display the subject line, the email type, the email address of the customer that received the email, and how long ago the email was sent. The right pane will display the email that was sent, including whatever products were dynamically populated for the unique user.
Click Customer Path to view the input products the customer interacted with (i.e., the reason that the email was generated).
