File Management Overview

Use the Data > File Management tab to import product data, customer data and coupon data. This data can be imported into Bluecore in addition to the data that is already being collected through your Bluecore integration. For information about file types, see Support Data Types for Importing. Use the reporting on the File Management tab to monitor your imports and ensure your files are properly ingested.

IMPORT DETAILS

The details table shows a list of your imported files and unscheduled (draft) import jobs.

Use the tabs across the top to filter the displaying imports into different views: Scheduled and Unscheduled. On each tab, you can further filter the table by using the Filter by dropdown and selecting the Upload Types, Schedule, Data Types, and Statuses to display.

The following columns display for each import:

  • Name: The imported file. Click on the name to download.

  • Processed Date: The date the file was processed.

  • Rows Processed: The number of rows processed during the import.

  • Skipped: The number of rows that were skipped and not processed during the import, which includes any failed rows.

  • Imported: The number of rows that were imported from the file.

  • Failed: The number of rows that were not ingested during the import because of an error.

  • Status: The status of the import. Available status states: Importing, Validating, Imported, Failed - Validation, or Failed - Import.

DOWNLOAD A COPY OF YOUR FILE

To download a copy of the imported file, hover over the file import name and click the link to download original file.

IMPORT A FILE

To import a file, click Create New Import.

  • NOTE: Once imported, data imports cannot be undone.
